Cypress Meadows Duck Lodge
Cypress Meadows Lodge Is An Exclusive Lodge For The Duck Hunting Season. Therefore, Rental For The Use of Weddings Will Not Be Available From The Times Of November 1 - February 17. (this is for the lodge, not the wedding barn)
The home will be furnished with the following; Bedrooms: sheets, pillows & quilts. Bathrooms will have toilet paper and paper towels but the guests will need to bring their own towels and hygiene products. The kitchen is furnished with pot and pans. Guests are able to use these but please wash, dry and put back in the proper spots. Feel free to bring any food or products necessary for the stay. There is a washer and dryer combo but the guests will need to provide their own detergents. There is no daily housekeeping Service. Services are only provided before and after an occupants stay. Please remove all items before leaving the premises or an additional clean-up fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
*There is sleeping for 35 bodies in the provided beds. Additional sleeping
can be accessed by using sofas or items brought in by the clients.
*All bedding downstairs is bunk beds accompanied with a large bathroom
including 2 toilets, 2 sinks and 6 showers. Sheets, pillows and quilts will be provided in all bedrooms.
*Bedding upstairs include, twin, full, queens and a set of bunk beds. There
are 3 bathrooms upstairs that include showers, sinks and toilets.
*Please do not use the fireplace.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Normal Check in times are 10:00 AM on your date of arrival and Check-out time is prior to 10:00A.M. on the date of your departure. Failure to vacate the property by 10:00 on your departure date could result in additional hourly or daily charges at the sole discretion of the Owner Representative.
The guests will leave the property in a clean, tidy and orderly condition with furniture in the same location as at the commencement of the stay. It is mandatory that the client take all debris, trash and rubbish to the dumpster located on the property.
There shall be no smoking in the home. Smoking is permitted on the back patio accessible through the wash room. Please dispose of the butts in the proper receptacles in the designated area. If it is determined that guests have smoked inside the property, CMP will charge the clients credit card whatever the cost to clean the property.
*During your event, the client is responsible for and will be subject to charges after the event for any theft or damage made by your guests to any equipment and/or property at the Cypress Meadows Plantation home.
*Any damage to the building, equipment and grounds must be reimbursed by the renting customer. Charges for damage or loss of any equipment may include the replacement of the item(s), the cost of labor to repair the item(s), cleaning costs and a damaged item service fee that shall be determined.
*Neither the company, nor the owner is responsible for any injury, accident,
death or damage caused to the guest or any member of the guest’s party, by or
arising out of the use or occupation or the condition of the property.
RENTAL RATES & FEES:
**Full Day with an Overnight Stay: $1,000
Check in times as early as 10:00A.M. with the following date check out times
**2 Full Day and Night Stay: $2,000
Same Check in & out times as above
**Weekend Package of 2 day and 2 night stay of home & Venue: $4,300
Check in & out times as above with the access of 2 days and 2 nights of the
Plantation venue for setup, rehearsal, wedding day, etc.
Rental times include breakdown and cleanup times.
There will be a $50 service fee on all returned checks.
